  1. Top Management
    1. Chancellor
      • Head of the University and presiding authority over all functions.
      • Provides strategic direction, policy approval, and ensures statutory compliance.
    2. Vice-Chancellor (VC)
      • Chief Executive and Academic Officer.
      • Responsible for day-to-day administration, academic planning, and university development.
    3. Pro Vice-Chancellor (If Applicable)
      • Assists the Vice-Chancellor in academic and administrative duties.
  2. Administrative Division
    1. Registrar
      • In charge of university administration, statutory records, HR, and coordination of academic and examination affairs.
    2. Controller of Examinations (COE)
      • Manages all examination and evaluation processes.
      • Responsible for confidentiality, results, and certification.
    3. Finance Officer / Accounts Department
      • Handles university finance, budgeting, audit, and payroll systems.
    4. Public Relations & Legal Cell
      • Manages government correspondence, legal matters, and media communications.
  3. Academic Division
    1. Dean – Academic & Research Affairs
      • Supervises all faculties, research programs, and academic quality.

      • Lead departmental academics, faculty coordination, and student performance monitoring.

      • Handles student counseling, lead management, enrollment, and verification.

    3. IT & Data Management Cell
      • Maintains university software, website, online exams, and ERP systems.
    4. Student Welfare & Counselling Cell
      • Looks after student discipline, support, and extracurricular activities.
    5. Examination & Evaluation Cell
      • Conducts university exams and maintains academic records.
    6. Campus Maintenance & Infrastructure
      • Ensures building, laboratory, hostel, and facility upkeep.
